Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy allows for a 14 day return period. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

In order to be suitable for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Further articles for which return is excluded:
* Gift certificates

For the purpose of returning, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or with missing parts due to causes unrelated to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that the item has been received. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within 3 business days.

Late or unfulfilled refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact the credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for a refund to be registered.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for sale items.

Exchange (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same article, send us an email to stiledicasa3@gmail.com and send the article to the following address: via Barletta 299, 76123 Andria BT, Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver has sent the order to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping
To return a product, please send it to the following address: via Barletta 299, 76123 Andria BT, Italy.

The shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes to deliver the replacement product may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
